Hook-and-loop sleeving is widely used for wire harness sorting and cable protection, mainly divided into two types: Hook-and-Loop Braided Sleeving and Hook-and-Loop Textile Sleeving. Hook-and-Loop Braided Sleeving

Made of polyester monofilament combined with hook-and-loop fasteners, this braided sleeve features an open mesh structure with excellent heat dissipation. It boasts strong wear resistance and tensile strength, plus great stretch elasticity. The hook-and-loop design enables easy opening and installation, allowing full wrapping of wire harnesses without cutting cables.
Ideal for heat-generating household power cords and audio-visual signal wires such as those for TVs, computers and space heaters.
Drawback: Large gaps between mesh threads result in poor dustproof and noise reduction performance.

Hook-and-Loop Textile Sleeving

Constructed with polyester multifilament and hook-and-loop fasteners, it has a tight, dense fabric surface that blocks dust effectively. It comes with built-in flame retardancy and noise reduction functions, and its hook-and-loop fasteners support repeated peeling and sticking for neat cable arrangement.
Suitable for wire harness protection in automobiles, high-speed rails, ships and all types of industrial equipment.
Drawback: Limited stretch elasticity, so it offers less flexibility than braided sleeving under frequent bending conditions.
